1. Services
Riorioo operates a software store and account platform. Downloads are generally free; paid plans unlock in-app features via entitlements on your account.
2. Accounts
- Sign in with email OTP only;
- Must be 18+ to purchase;
- Accurate information required; you are responsible for account activity.
3. Purchases
Payments processed by Creem (PayPal or card). Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Refund requests: email [email protected] with your order number and details, subject to mandatory local law and Creem policies.
Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction are not waived except where law permits.
4. Acceptable Use
- No illegal or abusive use, fraud, or system attacks;
- No sharing accounts to circumvent VIP limits;
- KimoShell does not store your SSH credentials on our servers.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
Services provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may delete your account in MyStore. We may suspend access for violations.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms on this page with a new effective date.
